A simple process of entering any existing or new contractor fleet with a three-step process. Take a picture of the registration papers, enter the fleet registration number and registration expiry date then click save. The new fleet has been added to Contractor Easy!
For any required driver documents simply take a photo of the drivers licence, and enter the drivers name and license expiry date. Click save once done and the driver has been entered into Contractor Easy.
Contractor Easy has the ability to hold all required insurances. The system will notify if any documents are becoming close to expiration and notify all parties involved that new insurance will need to be uploaded into Contractor Easy.
If specific documents are required by your company for any contractors to have, Contractor Easy has the ability to hold these also. Other Documents will house all these, again, simply upload a photo of a document, and enter the document name and expiration date if applicable. these documents will notify you if they expired.
Green ticks or red xs will apply throughout the whole system, saving you time having to look through each documents expiry date to see if that particular document is valid or not.
